Sorry to say that this show is postponed. One of the band injured themselves at a show last night and isn’t able to play today. The band send their apologies and will get a new date organised asap and make the show happen.

It’s over twenty years since The Wave Pictures formed in Wymeswold, Leicestershire as teenagers. The trio of Jonny Helm (drums), Dave Tattersall (guitar & vocals) and Franic Rozycki (bass) have gone on to be one of the UK’s most prolific and beloved bands, with over fifteen album & EP releases. Fond of classic rock, jazz and blues, they are also one of the most accomplished, with Tattersall’s guitar solos becoming the stuff of legend. They have collaborated with varying bright stars of the musical firmament including Jeffrey Lewis, Daniel Johnston, ex-Herman Dune member Stanley Brinks, as well as a very close partnership with Billy Childish for 2015’s ‘Great Big Flamingo Burning Moon’.

Touring regularly across the UK & Europe the band have built up a loyal following and have become favourites at festivals such as End of the Road, Green Man, Primavera and Rolling Stone Beach.
