Formed at the Stonehenge Free Festival in 1983, Ozric Tentacles have spent more than four decades creating a unique fusion of psychedelic rock, progressive music, electronica, space rock and dance. Led by guitarist and keyboard player Ed Wynne, the band became a cornerstone of Britain’s underground festival scene before achieving wider recognition with albums including Strangeitude, Jurassic Shift and Arborescence. Their 1993 album Jurassic Shift reached No.11 in the UK Albums Chart, while “Sploosh!” topped the UK Indie Chart. Renowned for their spectacular live shows, Ozric Tentacles remain remarkably active today. Their 17th studio album, Harmonic Mind, is released in September 2026, proving their musical journey continues.
