Formed on Eel Pie Island in west London in 2004, Mystery Jets built a reputation for literate indie pop that blended art-rock eccentricity with melodic warmth.

Fronted by Blaine Harrison, the band broke through with 2006 debut Making Dens, earning Mercury Prize chatter and a devoted following. Subsequent albums, including Twenty One and Serotonin, broadened their sound with electronic textures and sharper songwriting. Career highlights include performances at Glastonbury Festival, collaborations with Laura Marling, and a Top 10 UK album with Curve of the Earth in 2016. Their longevity reflects restless creativity and an enduring knack for reinvention across two decades.

Mystery Jets

Hybrid Kid are a three piece indie rock band from Brighton. The band has released an album and an EP, and has had air play on Xfm, Radio Reverb and college radio worldwide.

Hybrid Kid have been around for a few years and apart from playing in the UK the band has had a spell in the USA. All seasoned musicians with experience in previous bands, Hybrid Kid has a strong songwriting pedigree, with Peter (Bass/vocals) and Nathan (Drums) Danny (Guitar/vocals) writing most of the band's material.

The band is naturally inspired by the collective history of British music but add their own edgy and modern perspective on the traditional three minute song formula. The enthusiasm and energy of Hybrid Kid is an extension of the three personalities in the band all of whom bring a dynamic and experimental edge to live performances.

With a combination of bright twangy guitars and progressive finger-walking bass lines they have performed many times in London and the US and developed a sound entirely their own. Influenced by bands such as Pavement, Blur, Interpol, they write engaging infectious songs with fresh sounds and strong melodies
