Wilderness Woods presents From the Ground Up: words and workshops from WW's community of writers.
Pay as You Feel
Wilderness Wood is owned by Emily and Dan, who left their conventional lives in London fifteen years ago to find a woodland where they could live and work alongside their young family – and create a community which could act as an alternative to school. Today, the wood is the base for a thriving, all-age community of creatives including woodworkers, crafters, ecowarriors, musicians, actors and writers.
A group of these writers will present their original writing; reflect on the role of words in the life of the community; and offer a range of workshops for you to join in with related to their own enthusiasms – bring a pencil and a notepad.
When the time comes; Kate Reed recites from her new book of poetry which marks the pagan wheel of the year
