HIRE THE VENUE
THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY DATES FOR HIRE AT THE FORUM VENUE FOR 2024.
WEEKEND DATES MAY STILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE FORUM BASEMENT VENUE AT THE SUSSEX ARMS, TUNBRIDGE WELLS
We have two venue spaces for hire with limited availability:
"THE FORUM MUSIC VENUE" & "THE FORUM BASEMENT" @ THE SUSSEX ARMS PUB
Please see the information below and email Hello@tunbridgewellsforum.co.uk for further information. Please include:
- prospective dates / times
- general plans for the event (i.e. party, market, charity night, gig)
- estimated number of guests in the case of a private party.
Please be aware that weekend dates are often booked well in advance with touring band shows. Thank you.

AVAILABILITY / HIRE FEE
Currently No Weekend Dates (THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY) Available
The venue does occasionally have some available dates for private and public event hire (parties, live music events, festivals and theatre performances). Every event is different so please include as much detail as possible that will help us be aware of the room setup and times you will require so we can quote you accordingly.
CAPACITY
• Standing: 250 people
• Seated: 90 people
CATERING
• Fully licensed bar (bar staff provided)
• Guest beers/wines/soft drinks available on request
• Basic microwave and fridge in green room
• There are two areas outside available for BBQ type cooking (outside power limited up to 2x13amp devices)
DECORATION
Brick, wood and fairly lights. You can add to the decor as you see fit with removable items. (Please bear in mind it is an active music venue and the building is used everyday for various activities.)
PA & LIGHTING
A venue engineer will always supervise our PA and lighting equipment

Provided minimum of 2 SI badged/licensed door staff.
