Guildford-based alternative rock five-piece Aqualine are setting off for their first UK tour in support of their new EP, Tripwire. Fusing post-punk aggression, grunge, ethereal shoegaze with bold experimental flourishes, the band explores themes of mental stability, disassociation, and self-identity in young adulthood. Tripwire is a raw and emotionally charged collection that captures the chaos of intrusive thoughts and the quiet weight of imposter syndrome, all set against a dynamically enraged sonic backdrop.

HONEYBUZZARD are rapidly snowballing into a band that cannot be ignored. Having garnered a devoted cult following due to their intense live performances, the band have cut their teeth on the live circuit, before releasing their debut EP ‘Rust’ in December 2025, which received extremely high praise from both fans and critics alike. Drawing influence from 90s grunge and 70s psychedelic rock, HONEYBUZZARD deliver one of the most captivating live shows in the grassroots scene. Here’s what the critics have to say:

Indiecore Magazine - Crowned HONEYBUZZARD as Band Of The Month for June 2025

BBC’s Abbie McCarthy - “This is a band that is quite simply, phenomenal”

Socket Magazine - “Ribcage by HONEYBUZZARD is a hell of a journey from start to finish. Demonstrating the band’s raw talent that will undoubtedly fling them into success.”

PitJunkie Magazine - “HONEYBUZZARD are a band with a tendency to take you on an audio-spiritual journey, and make it look easy in the process.

Line Up

Aqualine is an alternative band based around London consisting of Benski, Patric, Wil and Albert. They are a guitar-based band whose music is inspired by a mix of grunge, punk, hip hop and shoegaze. This allows for a unique sound within their music full of frustration and angst, sitting on a bed of atmospheric guitar sounds. Aqualine's lyrics and artwork consist of honest feelings about the pressures of a mundane lifestyle in the 21st century, bringing feelings of escapism and a personal perspective on life. The collective have played several gigs around the south eastern area of the UK, making more of a name for themselves in their hometown of Guildford. With the members moving to London and finishing education, they hope to gig more and grow their fanbase within the London music scene. After recording over the summer they have a new set of singles to come over the next few months followed by an EP early next year.
