Milkshed.
Milkshed + Bones Ate Arfa
Milkshed. is a new alt-rock trio influenced by icons like Nirvana and Queens of the Stone Age. Fiercely independent, their self-released debut EP was produced with Grammy-winner Adrian Bushby (Muse, Foo Fighters) and supported by the likes of BBC Introducing, Forever Loud and EARMILK who named them an artist to watch. After a series of live shows and slots at festivals including Glastonbury, their next EP was recorded live by Grammy-winning engineer Dyre Gormsen to capture the energy found at their shows. Recent singles have been championed by Radio X’s John Kennedy, Kerrie Cosh on BBC Introducing and playlisted by Amazing Radio.
Bones Ate Arfa are a UK psychedelic street punk/desert rock three piece, made up of Bones (guitar), 8 (drums), and Arfa (vocals & bass). Once described as “Junkyard dog riffs” after the release of their debut single ‘Asbestos’, they have since gained recognition online and in person from Artists such as Muse, Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit), Isaac Holman (SOFT PLAY), Royal Blood, Tigercub, cool sorcery, Demob Happy, and Bad Nerves. While attaining a respectable following on social media, they have received spins and features on Clash Magazine, BBC Radio 6, Radio X, Dork, Earmilk, Louder Than War, and have successfully burned their stamp into the UK’s southern gig circuit, all in under two years.
